Denny’s and custom footwear designer Dan “Mache” Gamache have officially unveiled the Sticky Kicks 2.0, featuring real liquid maple syrup built directly into the sneaker’s construction. The sequel silhouette arrives in celebration of National Sneaker Day on October 9, 2026, following the original pair’s 60-second sellout.

The diner-inspired sneaker houses real Denny’s maple syrup within translucent liquid-filled chambers across the tongues, side panels, and ankle collar. Down below, the shoe features a yellow outsole detailed with a hand-splattered syrup effect, complemented by blueberry blue laces, custom hardware, and syrup-scented hang tags that release a golden syrup aroma upon opening the box.

Each pair includes a scannable QR code on the tag that grants owners two free Buttermilk Pancakes with the purchase of a Grand Slamwich at participating Denny’s locations. To unlock access to the drop, consumers must sign up for Denny’s Rewards and opt into SMS messaging by October 8 to receive a required access code.

The Denny’s x Mache Sticky Kicks 2.0 drops on October 9, 2026, for $195 USD, available exclusively to Denny’s Rewards members from 12 AM to 3 AM ET via DinerDrip.com.
