Taranto’s SNEAKERS76 celebrates the release of the Nike Dunk High “Varsity Maize” with a special commemorative capsule. First released in 1985 as part of the “Be True To Your School” pack, the sneakers referenced the colors of the Iowa Hawkeyes. Also regarded as the “Goldenrod” colorway, this retro colorway has remained one of the most coveted color combinations for Dunk fans across the globe — catapulted to an even higher echelon thanks to the 1999 “Wu-Tang” release.

As a personal favorite for SNEAKERS76 owner Daniele Valente and Ginnika, the two have released an exclusive pack comprised of a T-shirt, tote bag, stickers, a newspaper, a shoebox slip, and embroidered socks made by Leo Colacicco of LC23.

Fans of the colorway can head over to SNEAKERS76 to support the local sneaker boutique, and to enter their raffle for a chance to purchase a pair.
