Converse has reeled through its archives for a fresh take on a retro silhouette. The Pro Leather 1980 Low has been given a modern overhaul, embracing a sleeker build with an all-new drawcord lacing system — featured is a crisp white colorway with bright green accents.

Starting at the top of the silhouette is a wide tongue, complemented by a mint green drawcord adjustment button and tonal laces with orange tips. “CONVERSE ALL STAR” branding is woven at the back of the shoe, over a bed of stretchy knit fabrics. Furthermore, the silhouette boasts relatively short sidewalls, tapering slimly at the toecap. Converse’s retro Pro Star logo is stamped at the midsection in a contrasting black print, underscored by tonal piping along the mudguards. All of these details sit atop a vintage-inspired cream-colored midsole, while a thin light green outsole rounds up the design.

The Converse White Pro Leather 1980 Low is currently available at Browns for $88 USD.
